Winds of change

Like the leaves in a storm
Scattered, yet somehow beautiful
The winds of my life have moved me
They have confused me
Then the calm settles in
And I'm still once again
But the wind isn't calm forever
This may be the eye of the storm
And in the darkness I must remember
That each day brings a new dawn
And the winds of change can't control me
Like the moon takes control of the tide
But breezes can sing to me
Bringing peace to me
Like a sunset low in the sky
And the winds of change they may shape me
Like the Earth I'll be altered by time
But my master of destiny lies here inside of me
I won't sit idly by
On the winds of change I will fly

Peace and luck

Me and my friend we try to find several spots of nature. We both like water so we're often at rivers, ponds, sometimes the sea (ones or twice a year) - only he likes to fish and I don't. Most ponds are occupied with fishers and it has the most beautifull sightseeings with lots of animals. It is always lovely to walk nearby and when he's out for fish I like to dream away throughout the shining water.

Yesterday we decided to stay close at home and we went to a little pond for a walk wich I have not been for more than 15 years ago. First I could not find it cause it was hidden behind new homebuildings and later I found out that the government also took away the child-park. I remember it was a quiet place and very less children those days so no wonder they took it away. The pond now was full of youth and adults - still it was no crowd at all but very peacefull.
Beautifull swimming ducks at the pond and while slowly walking I sudden saw a heron on the side standing short in front of me with no movement at all. I even thought it was a fake one and I did not dare to move myself anymore but we could not stand forever. It was no fake an when we got closer it flew across to the other side of the pond. Wauw this was so beautifull!

Kev asked me if he could get his fishing stuff but I wanted to make the most of it, it was also rather late. We can go back tomorrow and go earlier. This was just fine and we both enjoyed the young evening, passing by a fisherman to ask what kind of fish there's in and told us great stories about the pond and not to fond on the heron wich were many of them. At the end of the round of our walk we rest a bit on a stool and went back home.

Just as I get in the room, a phonecall from one of the guys at the pond. Kev forgot his bag with all in it - papers - purse - photographs and even his ID - drivers licence and so on. Everything except his handy without any address or phonenumber. Now how did he get my number? He found a little peace of switch-paper from the photoshop with the number on it. It all means something of what you get to hear these days - there's still honest people in this world!

Where There's Fear There's Power

Where there's fear there is power
Passion is the healer
Desire cracks open the gate
If you're ready it'll take you through

But nothing lasts forever
Time is the destroyer
The wheel turns again and again
Watch out, it'll take you through

But nothing dies forever
Nature is the renewer
The wheel turns again and again
If you're ready it'll take you through.

The legs of the kangaroo

THE LEGS OF THE KANGAROO: AN AUSTRALIAN ABORIGINAL LEGEND

Many are the legends connected with this unique animal. When it arrived in Australia with its companions on the canoe of the Whale its legs were uniform in length. It walked on all four legs, as a dingo walks. One generation was succeeded by another, and still the Kangaroo browsed on the plains, using his legs in the normal manner.

Then came Man the hunter, eager for meat, with threatening spear-thrower and spear that could travel faster than any four-legged animal.

Kangaroo was resting in the shade of a tree when his sensitive ears picked up the sound of something approaching stealthily. He bounded to his feet and saw it was a Man--and that Man had a weapon against which he was defenceless. The only thing to do was to take refuge in flight.

Kangaroo had seen that the strange creature threatening him with a throwing implement had only two legs. He felt confident that his four legs would carry him out of danger without difficulty.

He had underestimated his enemy. Man proved swift and strong. His two legs were longer than Kangaroo's four legs, and more strongly muscled. They carried Man tirelessly for hour after hour. No matter how he extended himself, Kangaroo was unable to increase his lead. He was saved only by the setting sun and the darkness that fell on the earth.

Exhausted by his exertions, Kangaroo fell wearily to the ground. Presently he lifted his head. A bright light had appeared in the darkness. Man had kindled a fire to warm himself in the cold night air. Cautiously Kangaroo edged back, rose to his feet, and tiptoed away from the revealing light of the camp fire. In order to make no sound, he rose on his hind legs and in this manner managed to escape.

Presently he realised that he was using only two legs instead of four, just as Man had done during the long pursuit. It was an unusual sensation. He experimented further, and found he could cover the ground more quickly by hopping instead of walking or running. Using his tail to balance himself, he was able to leap further, much further than a Man could stride. It was such an exhilarating experience that he has kept on doing it ever since.

His forelegs and paws were of little use. They grew smaller, while his hind legs grew longer and stronger, and they have remained like that to this very day.

Ancient Earth

I.

I am the ancient Earth
I have been here millions of Years

The deep, deep peace that you feel now
Is the peace of the ancient Earth.

There is no need to hurry or rush
Go slowly and take my gift of peace.

I know you well, for you are very ancient too.
Every starborn cell in your body
has been here since time began.
You are infinite and eternal
Spirit and Matter.
Every lifetime that you have walked this ancient land
I hold within my memory
I know you well
when you came I welcomed you
Beloved Friend
I remember your dreams and desires
Nothing is ever lost
I hold you and nurture you.

You know me well
I am the ancient Earth
Let me sing to you of days of peace
Milleniums when only the wind blows.

Beloved children
There is no need to rush
Experience my peace
It is the peace of the Ancient Earth

II.

And as I watch you Starborn ones
Come and go
I see and I feel how you flow with life

And I know when I feel at peace with you....

It is when you honor the river of life from God
When you understand the spirals
That flow from the Great Celestial Mother

Then you live with honor and respect
You honor the Elders and the Wise Ones
Human or animal or plant or rock

You know your place in the Universe
and you know that you give and receive in equal measure
You understand the flow of days in the spiral of time
And you give honor to those with many days
And you guide and lead those who are young
And you honor the changes and transitions in your life
Supporting these in others

And so you honor me and all my children
if you honor yourselves
But when you forget and you rush through life
In a panic of activity
then we cannot meet
And I cannot give you my gift of perfect peace

Slow down, human children
And hear the ancient song of perfect peace.

The ancient Earth is Male:
matter is hard and unyielding.....
The Galactic center is Feminine:
Energy is light and fluid and flexible....

In their act of mating
Earth is enfolded and embraced
by the Galactic Goddess
The waves of their passion and ecstasy
are the waves of light and energy
that you feel now......

You can share in their passion
If you find your own passionate
Marriage
of Sky and Earth....

Keep your feet on the Ground, beloved ones
But reach for the stars....

Be like the Great Trees.....
Rooted in earth but reaching for Light.....

Beginning of mother earth

Beginning of Mother Earth in another time, The Cherokee Spirit people
were in the sky vault. It was getting crowded in the sky-vault, and
the Great Mother decided it was time for spirit beings to become
physical beings and spread out of the sky - vault. There was a great
council meeting of all the spirit beings to decide on the plan. The
Great Mother said, "Those of you who choose to be a part of the
Creation of Daughter Earth will also have to protect her. The Cherokee Spirit people have been chosen to be Keepers of the secrets and Keepers of Daughter Earth and all living things that go over into the physical world. They will be given the power medicine of choice to do this. Other human spirits of tribes will also follow, and they will be given the power medicine of choice to be keepers as well."

Earth at that time was like a large Island floating in a sea and held
in place by four cords of life. The Great Mother said, "These cords
of life" will hold Daughter Earth suspended as long as everything is
held in sacred balance. These spirit beings will include the
four-legged ones, and the winged ones. Everything and everyone will
live in harmony, interdependent on one another for sustained life and
regeneration of life"

It was the first task of the Animal Clan to go down to learn what
they could about this new Earth . The Little water Beetle of the
Beavers' grandchildren went first, Fluttering around, but it could
not find a place to land. Soon it droped into the water many times,
coming up with muddy feet, and that mud became Islands. The Bird Clan
said it wanted to go because they could fly long distances to search
for a place to land. The Great Buzzard flew down, but he was so large
that he tired quickly, and his large wings kept striking the water
and churning up the mud that made mountains and valleys untill he
returned home in the sky-vault. By this time, Earth was dry where
the Animal Clan and the Bird Clan stirred the mud from the water as
Daughter Sun tracked across, The fish Clan said they wanted to go
down into the water and just stay there, but some wanted to be
able to walk on land. What we now call the craw fish did crawl up on
the red clay and he was baked in the hot sun, so that we today call
him the red crawfish. On the seventh day, some of the Animal Clan,
who were hiding in the mud because of the hot sun, come up to take a
look. The first of these was the worm, and he was burned so badly
that we call him the red worm. It was still hot and they called for
the Great Mother to help.

The Great Mother came down on the seventh day, Hearing the prayers,
and brought many beautiful plants and trees to provide the air for
the Cherokee to breathe into their Lungs and become physical beings.
Of course they were not use to breathing, so they had to rest that
first day, but they would work for six days and learn to rest at
night when the Daughter Sun would rest.

The Great Mother was very proud of the spirit beings for the good
work they had done. She asked the thunder beings to strike a tree
so the fragile physic

The mystic left

My last trip went wonderfull althought it was pretty cold, the birds seemed to be in a good mood and welcomed me with their songs. A white-lightbrown fluff-feather got slowly down from out of the sky and a second came. I haven't seen feathers for months and was wondering from what bird it belonged. It must be from a dove. Looked up to the sky but no birds to see and could only hear the tiny ones who jumped out of everywhere of what was still green. It all pleased me and was looking forward to see the bunch of crows on the usual spot wich was getting normal to me. On distance I hear some of them but something was rare and art about it. Sudden I saw the bunch of birds on top of the high trees only in another shape. I was doubting are they crows or doves, some of them flew over and got the more surer.

This was a replacement I stil can not believe, why and howcome. Doubts at myself, I certainly know the differents between a crow and a dove, this was just amazing. Just at the time I start to feel really free and by this happening it got only stronger - the mystic is gone and replaced by freedom and peace. It all went easier than I thought, there was even no need for a ritual. I've asked for help and get it from everywhere, even my master was a bit jealous about it. You get help from everywhere, the right people passing on your way. Well let's say it's not always like that. I mean there's always help but we just can see it when the time is right for it. A few crows passing by and I screemed out without a noise: "thank you for being there for me this winter, thank you for your predictions and most of all of what I've learned from you"! The Morgan left with them and I know she will come back when the time and need is there again. I did my ritual last evening, not because I needed but out of respect for all.
